3. Bookings, Pricing, and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and final confirmation by Touracos.
Before completing a booking, users will be provided with relevant information regarding the experience, including its duration, location, inclusions, price, and any applicable taxes or fees.
Users are responsible for reviewing all booking details before making payment.
Payments are processed through the payment methods made available on the website and may be handled by independent payment service providers in accordance with their respective terms, conditions, and policies.
4. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Guests may cancel a booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start of the experience, unless different cancellation terms are clearly stated on the relevant experience or offer page.
Cancellations made after this period, or failure to attend the booked experience, may result in partial or full forfeiture of the booking amount in accordance with the terms disclosed at the time of booking.
Where a refund is due, it will generally be returned to the original method of payment. The time required for the refunded amount to appear may vary depending on the payment service provider or issuing bank.
Touracos may modify the timing, itinerary, route, or elements of an experience, or cancel it altogether, for reasons relating to safety, weather conditions, natural conditions, instructions issued by competent authorities, closure of sites or protected areas, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where Touracos cancels an experience, the Guest will be offered, as appropriate, either a suitable alternative date or a refund of the amount due.

Guests must follow the instructions of Touracos guides and staff, comply with applicable safety requirements, and respect the environment, wildlife, heritage sites, and local regulations.
Where required, Guests must disclose before participation any circumstances or needs that could materially affect their ability to participate safely in an experience.
Touracos reserves the right to refuse or discontinue the participation of any person whose conduct may place themselves, other participants, the environment, or property at risk, without prejudice to any rights available to that person under applicable law.
